Sopar So Good Thai Takeaway

I ordered delivery and had the panang curry with salmon and coconut rice. The meal was excellent! The best tasting curry I’ve had in years, cooked to perfection - and just the right portion size. I’m so thrilled to now have a go-to place for Thai food. Wonderful!

Without doubt the best and most authentic Thai food I’ve ever eaten in the UK. There are SO many overpriced and under-spiced restaurants in Brighton/Hove but Sopar definitely is not one of them! We always ask for our order to be prepared as “super Ped Ped Thai Spicy” and the kitchen always delivers! But if you are not a spice fiend like us, the regular versions of every dish are delicious too. On top of big portion sizes and lovely sustainable packaging, this restaurant seriously delivers on flavour. The tamarind duck is to die for, every curry & stir fry is a delight, and if you’re a classic Pad Thai fan you are in for a real treat when you try Sopar’s version. Even in comparison to food bought & eaten in Thailand itself, this restaurant is a standout and a Must Try for anyone who enjoys this beautiful fragrant cuisine. Sopar is SO SO GOOD!

I’ve been eating here for the last four years and have never once felt disappointed with the food. The staff are immensely friendly and kind if I could eat in there without being a little bit of a pain, I would love to just to talk to them more I cannot recommend this place enough.

Well worth trying out. The food was super tasty. I ordered online which was simple, the price was good too. A time to show when to collect was spot on. And when I walked through the door, there was a warm welcome and a nod of appreciation from the chefs in the open kitchen. I would definitely re visit. The food was scrummy.

Amazing food .. a real pleasure for the pallet.. I loved the Guiooza and the green curry .. the staff is so lovely and friendly I am definitely going back .. it’s mainly for takeaways so not ideal for a night out ..still there are places to sit if you want.. the extra amazing is that it comes with paper packing no plastic soooo cool!! Better for your health and the environment

This is by far the best Thai takeaway in Brighton and Hove! As someone whose been to Thailand I can guarantee this tastes extremely authentic, I especially recommend the pad se ew noodle dish and crispy pork bites as a starter. The food is always delivered piping hot and the chefs are always so friendly and polite. You’d be silly to waste your money anywhere else, trust me!
